I have been charting my bbt for the last month. and for the last week it has stayed at 98.1 or higher. I also did some research on checking my cervix to tell when i am ovulating. for the last week I have noticed that my cervix is high, soft and closed, and there has not been to much discharge like there normally is. i have also been getting sick. I am constantly hungry, i have had cravings for wierd things, my breast are a little sensitive. and also my nipples (tmi) are swelled up and darker. I have also been very irritable. My question is am I pregnant and it is just to early to tell with a test yet? Please help I am so lost and confused. ? %-) ?

I read on WikiAnswers that during ovulation, your cervix should be soft, high, open and wet and during menstruation it is low and hard. Also it said that as the pregnancy progresses you will probably have an increase in vaginal discharge, but the cervical mucous is fairly minimal during pregnancy.

You can get the "First Response" home pregnancy test and see as they detect pregnancy hormones before your period is due.

And I also read some where on the web that if you were on birth control pills, patch, etc, and you just recently have gotten off of them, you can experience pregnancy like symptoms and not be pregnant.

That is all i can remember from my researches.

Hope it helps a little! There is all kinds of information out there if you just search the web. =)

Hi, your symptons sound very much like pregnancy symptons,, however they only start to happen if implantation has occured so i dont know when you ovulated,, roughly 6 -10 days after ovulation implantaion happens.. Work your dates out and then see if enough HCG could be in your blood stream , if the answer is yes then it is more than likely your are experiencing pregnancy symptons hun.... if you cant work out when you ovulated then wait until your period arrives and take a HPT.. Good luck and hope whatever result you get you are happy with x
