Sometimes when I'm doing daily things (driving, opening the refrigerator, talking to my boyfriend, WHATEVER) my mind kind of blacks out. I forget where I am, who I'm talking to, who I am. But it only lasts for about 5 seconds until I get a grip on reality again. I can hide it. The most I do, is make a blank face, but most people don't notice when it's happening.
Please help me out. This has been happening for 4 years now. Just curious what it could be. Also, I'm 21 and in good health.

This happened to me while i was at my cousin's party in Mexico, it was my 2nd time in Mexico I didn't drink or anything it was all normal until i went to the bathroom and felt dizzy and kind of went into a blurry vision. I forgot who i was and where i was, what i was doing. I called my mom and i told her what was going on, it was like walking on the clouds but not in a good way, you get it? like if you were high. This happened when i was 10, about 5 years ago. November 2019, it happened again, not sure if it was because the pandemic or if I catched covid. That time it was like my mind literally went white and i felt dizzy and felt like if my eyes were flashed with a direct flashlight, and completely forgot where i was and who i was, this time i was at my home in the bathroom.
