I've had orange oily stool just like you.

In my case it was because of nut overeating, especially cashews. I used them as a snack and haven't paid much attention how much I ate. Cashews were used instead of chips or popcorn, and I ate complete pack in a two hours. It seems it was too much for my stomach.

After reading articles I found online, liver issues were my best bet and cashews were second one. Tested my theory by eating one more pack and after orange stripes appeared again, I knew what caused them.

I have them too. started with one or two about 2 months ago. Showed them to 2 doctors they didn't know said probably was something I ate not to worry. Now I have them maybe 4 or 5 in every stool. The casing is kind of rubbery and thick and kind of translucent. When cut open there is orange liquid in them that is why the seem to look orange. I'm getting freaked out since they are multiplying. I don't know what kind of specialist to go to?? any suggestions?

You honesty just saved me by mentioning cashews. I had a LOT of cashews yesterday and I was scared lol. I don't eat fish so I knew that wasn't the problem.
