Have you thought about SIBO/SBBO? That's a bacterial overgrowth present in the small intestine. I have had a similar issue, along with horrible bloating that has been plaguing me for about 8 months. I recently read that bubbles in the stool suggest fermentation in the small intestine due to bacterial overgrowth. I am going to see an MD at the end of the month and have a hydrogen breath test administered to see if this is the case.
