ESID, but I had a CT and MRI done for this and both read clear, so I looked up my symptoms online and came up with "Myokymia." It explains the twitching above the ears and the pressure. Also seems to explain why my head feels better after I spend a day away from computers & smart phone screens. I have a feeling this kind of ailment will continue to rise as the iCrowd gets bigger. Please check with your doctor, though, because everyone's case is different. I suffered a mild concussion and PTSD from a car crash last year. Your symptoms might have a totally different underlying cause, so it's vital you have it checked out by a professional who has access to more info than we do on the Web. Yes, going to the doctor can be scary. But I think waiting until the damage is irreparable is far scarier. Good luck!
