Strange symptoms since 2009!

I've been suffering with various unexplained symptoms since 2009. For the most part all the symptoms affect the left side of my body only. I have numbness in my left leg and foot, strange moving sharp pain in leg both symptoms come and go lasting days to 1 month.I'm sure there something wrong with my left shoulder severe pain in blade,left arm numbness,left arm pain,pain in between shoulder blades,headaches that are for the most part relieved my moving my arm,left sided chest pain and ringing in left ear. This set of symptoms are constant only degree to which the hurt/bother me changes. As if living with all of this wasn't bad enough. For the past six months I've been experiencing a new truly strange set of symptoms please bear with me as I try to put this in to words. When these episodes occur I feel like I'm falling or maybe going to pass out as though the ground is shifting below my feet.It feels like there's a lot of pressure in my head and face. I have a hard time focusing my eyes(kinda like when you stare off in space and someone calls your name and you snap back well I am aware but can't seem to snap back at will) I get very flushed/feel warm.The episode last anywhere from 30 sec to 1 minute or so. I As I come back around I have this tingling sensations throughout my body. These episodes seem occur when my body is in certain positions(which may or may not be true just seems that way) driving,working( with the computer or ringing a customer up at register) a few times in bedtime but pillows where stacked oddly. I will have as many as 10 of these episodes a day although I have gone about month with no episode just the usual symptoms mentioned above. I have been to the er a few times for the chest pain heart always checked out fine. My doctor is stuck and happy to just treat the symptoms. We have ruled out lupus and other inflammatory conditions,thyroid,infections,fibromalagia.Had a MRI of neck and spine which show 3 bulging disc all in lumbar region this explains problems with left leg only(or so I was told) My doctor suspects MS and the the neurologist has order MRI currently insurance requiring additional auth this could take a little while.I am 28 years old non smoking rarely drink. I'm 10 lbs over weight for my height. These symptoms are taking over my life I have 3 wonderful children who I can't get out and play with. I know there is someone out there who has been through or is going through what I am and knows what this is. Are these MS symptoms? I am at my wits end both emotionally and physically any input,suggestions I would forever thank you.
