Hi, before I start training with weight I stretch my muscles for at least 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after work out. The heaviest part is stretching my hamstrings as I never know if I stretched it well. I would like to add that I want to do all stretching properly. Is there any good method for stretching it?

Stretching your hamstrings is very important thing as these three strong posterior muscles are helping you to keep your figure straight and to kick further. You may stretch it when you lie down on the floor and flex your hip with your leg straightened. You would move your leg slowly without any bouncing. First you stretch one leg and than the other.
You would do it at least 6 times for each leg.
