I been seeing like fiber like strings in stool. But last I notice it. Was all little wide and flat. I also have conspation. They keep putting in meds but it seems like nothing helps. I been feeling a lump underneath my stomach that feel like there needlles. I have also had nausea and vomiting. Also I felt like my organs went into my chest last night and I couldn't breath very well. I had weight loss to.now I have no appetite at all, and my whole abdomen hurts and moving around makes it worse. I should note I have no gall bladder or appendix or uterus or cervix. I feel like no one listening to me on this.

I've had constipation for over a year now, in fact it started when I got out of jail where the food budget per person is about £1 a day.
I suggested parasites to my doctor when I got out, she said it was VERY unlikely, and for the last year or so, she's been telling me to eat more fibre.
If I eat anymore I'll turn into a bush ffs.
My doctor, in the 7 years I've been seeing her, has NEVER examined me. I can only assume it's because I'm an ex heroin addict and she thinks I'm looking for drugs.... Which I am, TO HELP ME TAKE A DUMP!
I went for a colonoscopy last year, which I had to ask for, as she was still stuck in her half zombified way. The look on her face as though she could be doing more important things, like putting more lipstick on her teeth.
But I digress.
I've been struggling to go to the toilet since I got out of jail a year and a half ago.
I sit for 10 minutes like I'm giving birth only to find a marble sized pellet in the pan.
So I take laxatives etc, and it still doesn't work. Even the Citramag I had to take before my colonoscopy didn't want to come out.
The last few decent sized pieces I've managed to ditch look like they've got tails, or string coming out of them.
I'm not putting my hand in for a feel, but it just adds to the strangeness.
I might add that I only had an upper colon colonoscopy which revealed nothing, which obviously backed up my smug doctor's claims. But parasites wouldn't necessarily be visible in the colon would they?
I wake up every morning at the same time, with the same stomach pains.
I take about 15 trips to the toilet a day thinking this will be the one, only to be met with a fart!
This is doing my head in now. I am on Subutex, an artificial opiate, but I've been on those for 5 years without a problem.

Actually there are herbs that would do a better job against parasites than the chemical prescription. Such as black walnut hulls and garlic. There are many more. The anti parasitic suff the doctor would give isn't effective against all parasites. I'd rather do an herbal detox.

I had a maggot looking worm come out of my backside that I found while showering. Dr. said that it tested negative??? Definantly a parasite and I googled pics. What I found that matched was a tapeworm larve. I have been treated with prazinquantel and passed very large stuff that was like balls of poop, but actually was segments of the dead worm and they look like they are strung by cord. The worm was just so big that the segments look like pieces of round sausages connected. I sometimes pass 2 foot of this. I pooped a couple times a day before all this, now I can't go for days and days and then I pass some more of this. Sounds like you may have had one of these die in you and it is coming out. If it was lined up and down your intestines and died, it may be hard to move and get out. I also feel like I am so bloated and hard in my entire abdomen and it is hard up into my ribs. I think it is just that my intestines are so full and blocked. Having a hard to clearing out and it also causes me to be very nausiated. I wasn't able to move a bowel for 14 days and couldn't eat because I was so full.
