I've struggled with constipation most all my life. My doctor, just like yours, was no help what so ever! I started googling everything i could and every site would suggest probiatics. So i tried the pill form and that didn't help. I ended up ordering kifer grains and make my own probiotic drink ever day. It's definitely the Subutex. I've never had a problem with constipation until I started Methadone Maintenance for a drug problem I had as well. (prescription pain pills). Try the Fleet Ememas. They're $2 at the dollar store. I do this once or twice a week. It helps to keep things moving and is pretty natural. I'm told once I come off of the methadone this problem will stop so choose the most natural laxative you can find. These will work in less than 5 minutes and if you still feel like you can't get it all out by next morning it'll be moving. Trust me.
