I would like to ask you about Swallowing Problems. It seems that it does not pass that quickly as before through the esophagus. Fluids help here much. Sometimes it is painful, and I have already started skipping meals. I know that it is not a good thing to do, but still I do not see other solution. I am seeing a doctor next week, but the pain is sometimes very strong. What could this be?

It seems to me that you have waited a bit longer then necessary for a decision to see a doctor. I suppose that the type of treatment depends on what form of swallowing problem you have. Sometimes these conditions pass on its own, and sometimes medications are needed. There are also several advices that concern positioning of your head and body during and immediately after meal, way of eating etc. Of course, what exactly you will do is something you will be told after medical examination.
