hi, I am 40 years old, and over a very short amount of time have been experiencing pain through my groin - RHS which has swollen at least 4 times the LHS and pain when i walk, lay in bed, or even the simple task getting in and out of a chair. My hips on both sides are also being affected, as a constant pain in evident. I would like to ask the question to anyone out there, who may have r s experiencing this type of ailment. Thanks Luke

Groin swelling is a sign of fluid buildup or inflammation in the groin area, i would suggest you to diagnosing from a doctor is the only best idea to overcome it... it can be because of any reason.. swelling can be due to serious infections, inflammation, trauma, malignancy.. before it get to much of a bigger problem.. please start a treatment for it..
