I have had a cold for about a week now with no fever at all. Tonight I felt like I had something caught in my throat, I looked in a mirror and my left tonsil is swollen and has little white/yellow spots all over it. I do not have a sore throat, it is just difficult to swallow because that one tonsil is so swollen. Any ideas on what this could be and should I be worried? Thank you for any and all help.
