I don't really know what to make of this, and as there is a wait to see my Doctor, I thought I'd ask here. So, I've noticed recently that I've felt like I have a lump in my throat. It feels like it's only on the right side. It does not hurt and It isnt constant, and it does not bother the way I talk...ex" hoarseness. I've felt around the Right side of my Throat & I can sometimes feel somthing, and sometimes not. I just want to know if this is Mental or Physical? Any information would be great, Thanks :-) Oh, and apart from that I feel 100%

Well I had similar problem, once I had a sinus inflammation. Also a friend of mine had swollen lymphnode in that area during a dental issue.
Swollen lymph nodes are always the sign for infection or inflammation. The best solution for you is to visit your doctor or ENT specialist.
If some inflammation is present, it will be cured using antibiotics. It's nothing special, I think!
