I am female, 19, 145 lbs, 5'8'', and generally a healthy person.

I have three swollen lymphnodes specifically on my left side. one behind my ear, another exactly behind my jaw under the first one, and another mid-neck.... Ive been having nightmares, loss of appetite, and loss of energy. my dad says to wait it out (i noticed them yesterday) but something is really nagging at me. I really dont feel right. are these symptoms anything I need to be rushing to the doctor for? or is it I might just be getting sick?
