Hi I am a 17 yr old female who has been having some confusing problems. For the past couple of months: about 20 mins after I eat a meal, I feel like I am starving and I have an empty bottomless pit feeling in my stomach and is a lot of times painful. It's like a dull ache or a sharp stab. For the past couple of years I've had a problem with acid coming up and burning my throat. If I don't eat for about 2 hrs straight I also feel like I'm starving and I start shaking. I have normal headaches like normal ppl you know every once in a while minor headaches. But today has been the worst so far. When I move or lay down my head hurts very bad. Also when I move it's like my vision is blurry or I see double. It's the worst headache I've ever had. Tonight I found a lump behind my ear. My mom told me it was a swollen lymph node. It's quite large. It's visible and noticeable. It's hard and doesn't move. The lump itself isn't painful. But my headache hasn't eased since I woke up this morning. I've never had a swollen lymph node before. I have no ear infections. I have no infections on my body. My allergies and sinuses aren't acting up. So I don't know why my node is swollen. For the past 3 yrs I've had a numb spot where my neck and shoulder meet. Sometimes it will start burning and aching around this numb spot. Sorry if this was a confusing post. But does anybody have any advice on this? Are these symptoms related? I'm tired of this it ruins my day every day.
