Today after masturbating I realised a small swelling at the end of my penis. After about 2 hours the swelling built up and spread literally around the bottom half of my peins. Its very soft and feels like water has collected in the skin????? I may have been hard on it whilst masturbating, but it does not hurt or itch. I have no sexual diseases or had sexual intercause for some time. Its only happened today out the blue. Can you give me any advice? Thanks

Maybe too much blood accumulated and it was impossible for it to leave the penis. I don’t know mate! I would have it checked if it continued.
Try applying an ice pack over the glans and squeezing the glans to reduce the swelling and expel the fluid that has accumulated. Let me know how it went!
