my partner has a swollen perineum. hes not in pain and so far it doesn't cause any discomfort. His perineum is comparable to a fat camel toe. I love it, though am worried that it could be a health problem for him. When i massage it his physical sensitivity increases ( a good sign.) On the other hand i have never seen one so plump. His perineum is stiff to the touch yet malable with massage. when compared to mine, which is soft and barely noticeable it makes me both jealous and a bit worried.

I think that he might have cause to be concerned--a large perineum usually means a swollen prostate, which needs to be looked at as it could be indicative of other health problems. Can you let me know how it goes at the doctor?
