I fell today while accessing the attic and landed on the back of a chair with my crotch. My right labia majora is now swollen to twice it's normal size and has a large black bruise. I also have bruising on my inner thigh. It hurts a lot to sit or walk, and I'm having trouble urinating (although I was able to once, and it did not cause any pain).
Could I have done any internal damage? should I go see my doctor, or would that be overreacting??

once it causes pain and discomfort...and has even left physical signs, you SHOULD go an see your doctor. Prevention is better than cure.
