When I was 18 I had my first "swollen vagina" incident. My lips, clitoris, and skin around my 'taint' (haha funny word) were completely inflated for about one day. I of course, called my mom and she didnt have a clue, and just told me to wait it out. WELL now I'm back to square one, hoping someone can give me an answer.. I do not have a cyst (my symptoms do not last nearly as long and are extremely painful), I use organic soap and change often, usually I just use water to clean down there anyway. My fiance is very well endowed, and most of the time we have to stop having sex because it hurts. sometimes we get lucky, and then there are these times...Tonight for instance, sex felt great (i was even naturally wet... used to think that lube was what did this to me)! we laid in bed a while after, then i got up and went to the bathroom, kept checking to make sure I wasn't swollen, it looked fine. Then 3 minutes later, my 'taint' and left labia were swollen, luckily not the entire area. IS THERE ANYWAY THIS IS FROM HIS SEMEN?? because it really REALLY burns. this is the most annoying thing ever so if someone can clue me in, please do! maybe i just need to talk to a Dr. about this..
