Yesterday i had a random panic attack, today i got the biggest headache I've ever had, and about an hour ago I got what seem to be menstrual cramps.
I would think the panic attack would be brought on by stress, but I've been under far larger amounts of stress before this with no side affects. I have no idea what the headache could have been caused by, and I finished my period a week and a half ago. Do I have some kind of virus? None of these symptoms make sense. It hurts so bad. Please help me.

Panic attack is often spontaneous. It may or may not be related to stress, although stress can make the symptoms worse. There are medications for panic attack and generalized anxiety disorder. See your doctor for a prescription. I think regular physical exercise is the best non-drug antidote for panic attack disorder. It will reduce the disorder's frequency and intensity and allow you to have better control of yourself.
