terrible throat/tonsel and ear pain

I am 19 years old in The last five days my tonsels neck area earx and even stomachhave been hurting me i have been in The emergency room twice firstwasprescribed ibuprofen 600 mgevery 6 hoursbut thatdidnt Work The pain felt worse i developed chest pain dry eyes stiff neck and ear pain so iwemt back yesterdayand was perscfibed ketrolac 10 mg today j feel horrible The pain is unexplainablekts excrutiating it hurts so bad i lostmy appetite i refuse toswallow please ineed help im actually afraid i will sufficate because My neck is so swollen im having problems breathing all my testssaid i was fine but i never beeninthis much pain becUse of my throat and ears and trust me i have tattoos and had sticthes while being awake so i generally can handle The but this its killing me :'( and aside from that i jus toomthr ketrolack and cant feelmy arms but The pain is The same Its really unbearable
