my testasterone levels have gone below 200. i feel tired, drowsy, lacking interest in life, and less libido..tried patches, injections, tablets etc..any good cure for bringing up the tst levels??

All the things you listed are caused by low testosterone in the body. How long have you been on the therapy? Have you noticed any changes during the tablets or injections? How old are you?
Testosterone replacement therapy is the solution for your problems. It can be prescribed as an intramuscular injection usually given on a biweekly basis. A patch or gel can be placed on the skin, or as putty that is applied to the gums of the mouth. Have you tried every one of these options? Are you in your puberty maybe? This can easily lead to low sexual drive, and sexual abilities as well. Are you experiencing erectile dysfunction?
