I have been going through testesterone hormonal therapy for last 14 months and my testesterone level is 480 now. My doctor says that i dont need further therapy when the level reaches 800. If so then, is my testesterone level permanently raised up or it will start decling after the therapy is stopped. How long after the therapy has been completed, my testesterone level remain constant?

I believe if your testes are not producing testosterone, once you have achieved that 800 level, without supliments, your level will begin to drop off again.
However, I am not a medical expert, and I think the proper thing is for you to be asking your attending doctor these questions.
He is being paid to manage your condition, and you obviously have questions (good ones!) about your long-term care.
