Hi,
for as long as i can remember I've had my right testicle being bigger than the other about 1/3, i am 16 now and i believe i started noticing it when i was in 8 grade, also when i have to use the restroom i really have to go and i can barley hold it and a few drops might come out, instantly feels like i am about to be at my limit. Is this a serious problem i want to know if i have testicular cancer or something serious. thanks

Hey there!
An average man's testicles are never symmetrical on both sides. Some are bigger, in some cases a lot bigger!! I wouldn't really find it anything to worry about as you said you have noticed it for a while but if you do feel that you need medical advise then you should. It might ease the doubt in your mind :)
As for the toilet issue you may have a urinary infection. As a woman i get them quite a bit and it feels like you desperately need the toilet but when you get there nothing or very little comes out. It often stings and has a burning sensation but unfortunately as im not a guy i dont know how it affects men.
My advise is to go to the doctors in regards to your toilet issue and while your there bring up the fact you are worried about your testicle size and he should be able to give you a better opinion :)
Hope that helps!!
Vicki
