My testicles have become very sensitive over the last few days. If I lie over sideways in my bed, they are very uncomfortable. They occasionally twitch when I am standing. It doesn't hurt, but they feel a bit irritated. One of them has ascended slightly, and twitches frequently. Is this normal during puberty? And how can I fix it?

Some tenderness and pains are common during puberty. It can also indicate a possible infection such as epididymitis.
If it continues or the pain becomes severe see your doctor.
