About a month ago, I felt a weird feeling in my right testicle. I looked at it closely and it was twitching slightly - moving up and down. It stopped, and I thought that was it, but the other day it started twitching again. Now they've both started twitching and have become very sensitive, like when I lie on my side their sagging is a bit sore. I checked around on the Internet, and apparently this is normal during puberty, however I would like to make sure. I am not sexually active I am 15 years old and have started puberty. I am uncircumcised. Thank you for your help.
