Hi fellas. I wanted to throw in my comments on here because I dealt with exactly the same thing for about 12 years. Had a sexual encounter, then really started to notice the testicle pain.
All the STD tests came back negative, however. I even went to see a urologist, who told me to stop drinking Mountain Dew soda. He was only partially right, I would come to find out later.
Fast forward about 10 years and some life events made me discover the actual cure ofr this testicle pain. The fact of the matter is that we are putting the wrong things into our bodies, and our testicles are suffering.
It's not just Mountain Dew, it's other soda and sugary drinks. It's drinking too much booze. I changed some habits, and amazingly the testicle ache that I'd had for years went away. I wasn't expecting it.
Anyway, I wish you all the best.

I read few messages, and i am suffering from similar problem, I think its nothing to worry about, It has to do with masturbation from a long time, and a combination of Gastation or Constipation. Try changing lifestyle and drink plenty of water.

I am now having the same issue. Gonna get it checked out on Wednesday or Thursday next week. It feels like the pain is mainly around the Vas Deferens. I can magane the pain. I can ejaculate fine. I feel no buildup. Peeing is fine. A bit nervous, but I don't see any groin area disease that relate to my symptom. I'm watching out for more signs thought. Now it's just a dull pain.

I just got this at 3 AM today and could not get back to sleep. It is a dull pain in my right testicle that would throb every 20 seconds and last about 2 seconds. I read at least a dozen possibilities that can cause this and one is a back strain. Sure enough I did strain my back yesterday but it feels fine now so I just don't know what to do. I was going to see my doctor today but my pain is about a 1 on a scale of 10 so I will wait until tomorrow provided it does not get worse and then see my doctor. I've been to the emergency room 4 times this year and don't want to make it a 5th time just to get an ultrasound and see a urologist. Thanks to everyone for your feedback.
