Last year 14 months before, I had an accident and got a blow on my nuts .Its hard but severe pain was there for 3-4 days and I have done a CT scan to know that I have left varicocele. But 10 months before , I have got a small infection on right testicles and taken antibiotics like cefaxim and that doesn't bother much and when took a CT again diagnosed with bilateral varicocele. But after a month or so, I have got a severe infection either epidydymis or orchitis , am not sure and that pain was too high and even though swelling gone after a week, the left shrinked a bit and top part of it is always paining. the pain is continuing and still now. Doctors are saying nothing about it and considering it a varicicole. I have gone through repeated courses of antibiotics for it. I am 28 and any help.
