Hello, my name is John and im 16 ive been dealing with testicular pain for about 2 years now, ive gone through many many doctors even had surgery for a varicocele ( that helps the dull throbbing pain) but my lest testical stings really bad when i walk or do anything and sometimes i get a very very intense sharp pain in the upper part of it. it also changes shape when it hurts, i also have a really small amount of spermatids. i was wondering if this could be due to radiation, if not then what?
please help!

Pain in the testicle is probably not a function of radiation.
The fact that you have seen a doctor, AND had surgery, indicates that you have access to much better medical opinion than we can provide.
I would recommend that you return to your doctor and ask these questions. If you are dissatisfied with their treatment, find another doctor for a second opinion.
Radiation is an issue with regard to healthy production of multiplying cells.
It is used to try to kill cells and cancer cells, but unless you have a specific over-exposure to an energy source (like a radar gun, a microwave generator, radio transmitter or similar unexpected source) you're shooting in the dark.
