I was wondering if it's normal for the testis to shift above the penis during erection. I am circumcised if that has any affect (lack of skin for erection?)
The testis move above the penis creating a 2 lumps. Perhaps from the scrotum being pulled taught. I can move them down but they naturally want to be pulled upwards.

I doubt if this has anything to do with your being circumcised.I am also circumcised but my balls stay where they should be.Apart from anything else it must look a bit odd! I think you should get it seen to. %-) o.O
