Testis twisting? But no severe pain.

Hi When i was about 18 (I am now about 24) I used to smoke marajuana, towards the end of me doing this I noticed that my testicles appeared to have twisted or turn round/upside down a few times. Since this period up until now, this has happened several times. I am not sure if this is full on Torsion as there has been no severe pain and/or nausia. My testicles have changed positions numerous times, often hanging in abnormal positions, this has happened to both sides. I have a constant and dull pain, and often other feelings of tension and fraustration around this area. My abdomen often feels tight too. I have been to the doctors about it and he has had a feel around and said that everything is fine, but he has not sent me to a urologist. I the constant ache also makes me feel like I need to pass wind on a regular basis, and my testis do not hang as low as they used to and are often tight, to which I regularly have baths to loosen them up. My semen volume has decreased dramatically since about 4 years ago. I have much more details to give if needed, but would just like to get pointed in the right direction. What would you suggest is the problem and how can I convince my GP to send me to a urologist? I have had blood tests done too, to which the results were in my doctors words (normal) I also do not have chlamidia.
