So today the school nurse said I should lose weight so I don't have heart problems later.Im 13 and I weigh 186 pounds and im 5 ft. 4 in. My mom says im just chubby but i wanna lose weight so i dont get teased i highschool during gym or in the hallways like my sister did. Any suggestions to lose weight fast? I walk to school and back everyday and I just really wanna lose weight s i can be smaller like my little sister. my dad says its not good to diet at 13 since im young but i think i should anyway i mean the nurse said to lose weight :3
