Im 13 yr old guy im about 5,2"ish but i weigh 140 pounds. I need to know how to lose weight and fat and FAST, the school year starts in September so i wanna look good for then. Im not willing to do any serious diets but i need to know VERY SPECIFIC foods that will make me lose weight and fat. Also i need to know good exercises i can do without joining a gym. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME, also if u have any other tips I Would dearly appreciate them
