Hi, im a 14 year old boy and i weigh 235 pounds. I want to know how to lose weight fast because im getting teased about my weight. I would like to be down to 180 by the time school starts in September. Can you help me find a way to lose weight quick?

well one way is to eat  less and exercise it worked for me and i used to weigh 250 at the age of 10
