This is more of a question, I am a 13 year old girl and I wear glasses. One morning I woke up with a pain in my left eye. I thought it was just an eyelash in my eye but when I looked closer there seemed to be a tiny hole on my bottom eyelid. It is on the part that touches my eyeball. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to treat it? I start school in a week and I'm starting my GCSE's so I need to have good vision for my studying.

I noticed it today as I was looking in the mirror and was disturbed. I looked up online and it seems they are pores called lacrimal punctums. You should have them in both the upper and lower eyelids. Apparently, they help drain tears and they are natural part of the eyelids. You probably don't have to worry about them.
