Hi, Recently I have realized that sometimes on a certain day I feel a like 2/10 pain just below the head of my penis on the middle. Also on the left on the edge there's is just swelling, it basically looks like a tiny bubble. Neither of these hurt when touched. And the one in the middle looks like some sort of white substance in a line just before the tip. Is this normal or is it bad?
