Hi I know I'm a little late to reply but I thought I'd would anyways. I'm 15 and started my period early at 10. I remember one time I got cramps so bad that my parents thought my appendix exploded and they took me to the emergency room. Turns out it was actually because of my period and because of that they determined that I would probably always have horrible cramps til I'm over 30 & have a child. But I still get horrible cramps, I vomit & have diaherra and its absolutely horrible. I can't even function when I have cramps and I have to come home from school. I take acetaminophem which has maximum strength. I start to take it before my period starts and that helps a lot. I also lay down on my side & I also read some where that caffeine helps and its also in the acetaminophen & I try to go to sleep as fast as I can because when I wake up I find that it doesn't hurt as much. Also when you start your period at an early age like we did it can make our periods more painful. I've been wanting to try birth control to see if it helps but my parents won't let me get it because they think that I'll use it as a free pass to have sex, so if your parents are the same just try what I've been doing it helps & is better than nothing.

I suffered with bad cramps from the time I was 16 and they were not easy to deal with. My doctor gave me birth control for the cramps and it helped a little bit, but I still could get some nasty cramps. After I had my 2 children things went further down hill. I got where I could not take birth control pills and I could no longer use tampons either. Then later I started having pains a week before my period and when I had my period I would throw up, have diarrhea and cramps that felt as if I was in labor again. I went to my doctor and told him everything and he scheduled me for outpatient surgery to go in and look. He did not find anything but said to wait until after the first of the year and he would do a partial hysterectomy to remove my uterus. When the results came back I was told I had something called adenomyosis and that was why I hurt so bad. The doctor told me that it is similar to ednometreosis but instead of being in the abdomen it is in the muscles of the uterus and that when you have your period the blood builds up in the uterus instead of coming out during your period. I know one thing for sure, I felt a big relief and no more pain. Unfortunately surgery is the only way to fix this particular problem.

My name is ciani and I feel your pain it's just now I'm used to it.I got my period when I was 10 and I've had bad cramps since then I'm 14 now and I still get them.when my period comes on sometimes I bleed heviley . when my period comes on a take a Motrin and a nap when I wake up I fine for a 1 then comes throwing up afther I cnt throw up no more. I curl in a ball and lay down. Heating pads do not make my cramps go away that's how bad they are. Sometimes I take a half of 400 mg of Morton's then get in a hot tub. When I get out sometimes I fell better but when I don't I be wishing I never did get out.My doctor has recently put me on this birth control that cancel out your period as long as you keep taking it she said I will still be able to have kids in the future tho. I don't know if it will work or not I just started. Another thing I notice if I eat a lot of juice and sugar, sweets before my period come on that's another thing that brings you bad pain

I get pains like this too. In fact,I'm experiencing them right now. I always try taking Naproxyn a week before I get my period and it works so well I can barely feel the cramps.

I'm 15 and I've had my period since I was 11. I've always had cramps and thrown up. Diheria just started last year every time I have my period. I also get them irregularly and the doctors won't put me on birthcontrol. For the first two to three days of my period I get cramps, then diheria, then throwing up. Laying down does not help and I repeatably have to use the bathroom. I take ibuprofen every 4 hrs and it doesn't help. Hot showers help for as long as they last but after I out the pain starts again. I also go through 2-3 pads per hour. I don't know what to do and my mother isnt much help since her period always comes light.

The same thing happened to me. I got my period on my 13th birthday and ALWAYS had diarrhea and vomited during the first 2 days of my period. I would sweat for hours and be in excrutiating pain. I finally got on birth control when i was 22, and NEVER again did i get cramps or feel at all sick. If I had known sooner I wouldnt have waited so many years to get on the pill.

I'm 14 and I started my period 2 years ago. I have always had bad cramps with them ever since first started, but the last three months I get dizzy and feel like vomiting. I also have diarrhea and cold sweats along with my terrible cramps all at the same time. I end up sitting on the toilet with a garbage can in front of me. My periods have become more miserable than they already used to be. After about passing out my mom made me get into a hot bath, and it helps out a lot. It made my cramps subside and the upset stomach and everything else went away. I recommend taking the time to relax in a hot bath, it worked for me at least.

Same I'm currently on my first day and have the worst cramps and pains ever making me want to poop and throw up at the same time I took 2 ibruofens this morning for the pain. But it seemed to just make me feel worse I was getting hot and sweaty and then cold and I wanted to be sick then poop then both then I actually did throw up and that slightly made me feel a little better I've had bad periods since I was 12 and I'm 30 now I've had test scans but doctors tell me it's nothing and advise me to go on bc etc I also have diffuiclty falling pregnant so I belive it's something else underlying this cause pain like this can't be normal if it was every women would be suffering.

When I am on my period it’s literally like pre pregnancy. I have such bad cramps, I am exhausted, it’s hard to move, and I can’t stop puking. This happens every period. The way I get through it is to lay down with a heating pack on my stomach and a bucket in case I spew.

I get the exact same thing. I’ve had my period since I was 12 and I’m now 14 and every time I get my period I’m ill. My cramps get so bad that I have to sometimes lie on the floor coz I can’t walk or move and I feel like I’m gonna faint. I also get really dizzy and hot and sweaty. I also throw up a lot and have constant diarrhoea. I find the best things for me are ibroprofen and pain killers. I also sleep on my front balancing on a pillow where the pain is. Drinking tea and water helps aswell as hot watermelon bottles. I also find that having a nice warm shower helps too. However, I still get ill and a lot of pain. I need to go to the doctors about it
