Hi, ive had this before it lasted a week or two and today it started again its a tickle to intense to urinate and its a feeling that stays persistent even when not peeing, plus I got my period today when I just got off of it last week that hasnt happened to me before, but I noticed my cervix was nearer to the opening of the vagina and its painful during and after sex, could the cervix have anything to do with this weird but not painful feeling? Idk I need answers lol

Hey I went to the doctor for this and it was a uti. Some people just don't get them as bad to where they are painful, but the tested my urine and it was positive for uti. A week of antibiotics and it was gone. Hope this helps

For everybody who is wondering what this is or is nervous it may be a urinary tract infection, don't. This is actually very common in women, however men have a close to 0% of ever experiencing this. Parts of our vagina can become swollen, especially around the clitoris and urethra. This should go away after a few days but here's a few things you should/shouldn't do. Make sure to drink lots of water, not coffee or tea or soda, water. And yes this will make you pee more, but it helps by creating better flow. Avoid sex or penetration, and masturbation. If you don't, it will continue to be swollen and possibly last longer. This all should go away within a week. Do NOT take baths. It dries the vaginal entrance out making it even worse, even though it feels so good for the body. It also dries out our skin, so you're doing yourself a favor. Make sure you change underwear every morning and night. Don't wear the same pair for more than 12 hours. Avoid sleeping in silky underwear ( sucks I know ) pure cotton are the best, and even if they don't feel like it, the most comfortable for our parts ( male AND female ). Now, if it has been one week, and it hasn't gone away, Make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. It has possibility to be a urinary tract infection.
