I am getting a tingling sensation in my vagina when I urinate.
It doesn't burn, yet feels almost like a small orgasim of sorts.
I am 54, and overweight. I am fairly active I haven't had a hysterectomy. However, I have been diagnosed with HPV for the past 2 years.
It looks like I will be headed to surgery soon for a hysterectomy however.
Is anyone out there familiar with this??

Is there a chance that you might have a yeast infection? The HPV diagnosis could be the main reason for the tingling sensation while you urinate. Are you using any medication for this condition? In your age women go through their menopause and they have changes in their genital area. Problem with many women is the loss of the menstrual period and the adjustment to this. Have you noticed any symptoms of menopause? My suggestion would be to tell your doctor about these tingling sensations next time you visit him. You should try to clean your genital area and try to apply some antibacterial creams.
