Sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection. Urgency to urinate and not getting relief are common symptoms of a urinary tract infection. If this is the case, you will need to go to the doctor to get a prescription for this. I'm afraid there's no way around that. However, it is possible that the lining of your bladder is just irritated in which case you could try AZO standard. You can get this over-the-counter at your pharmacy.
