Basically, I've had these for a while now, and they seem to be getting worse? I'm not sure if they are because I never pay attention. They never hurt, itch, bleed etc etc, but it's more for the fact I can easily feel them if I run my finger down my shaft, they're midway down and I am sexually active but they haven't randomly sprung up. Never caused me any problems, but I'd just like to know what they could be, I have a feeling they're either just some raised fordyce spots or maybe even pearly penile papules! Any input would be muchly appreciated!
