All i can do lately is spit and spit and spit.
I haven't eaten in 4 days.
As an exception, i finally got down 2 bowls of egg drop soup about an hour ago.

As for my voice, i sound very similar to that of a deaf person, i'm not sure if this is permanant or what not.
