I am a 24 year old male and have been dating my girlfriend for 5ish years. We have never really had a great sex life since about a year into the relationship. Around the time she started birth control. For the past four years she has been uninterested in having sex or being sexual with me except the occasional once a month when she feels obligated. I am always the one to bring it up or even talk about sex. She hates the way she looks but says she is attracted to me. I feel like I am always turned on which is fairly normal for a male my age, however her labido is next to nothing. When we so have sex she is always rushing for me to put it in and there is usually little to no foreplay. She is very unadventurous in the bedroom ( we usually do missionary but it tends to hurt my back so also doggie style). Recently i have been masturbating about 4-5 times a week to relievey urges or stress. She has only ever masturbated once or twice in her life. And now recently I have had trouble staying hard during sex, usually because I'm not all the way hard when we start. I'm not quite sure what to do as I love her very much and am still attracted, but sex is a huge part of a relationship to me. Any advice or suggestions would be more than appreciated!
