I have had sex without a condom before, and recently have started again after a few years with a new partner.
But everytime we have sex and he comes, it either all comes out when he pulls out, or it will leak out of me later.
I dont recall this ever happening before, is this normal?
how do i stop it without using a condom?

As they've said before, it's normal.
Some men have a lot of ejaculate, some have less... it also depends upon how recently he's come.... and how much water or fluids he's been drinking... and it may also be how deep he's depositing in you... and especially upon your position...
If your earlier partner had been doing it in a doggie style or missionary, but now you're in a cowgirl or reverse cowgirl...well, of course it's going to tend to run out sooner. But this should be obvious.
It's probably just a function of who your partner is.
Don't worry, just keep a towel handy, or spread it under your hips...
And don't forget to use protection...
