Well I am a older woman trying to get prego again for my thrid time but I Have ovian cysts. It hurts to have sex talked to doctor they advise aginst it. Any suggestions about how to with out having to many problems.

Have you thought about adopting a child instead of having another one. Having another baby could be extremely dangerous and a major health risk. Also with age and other complications the risk goes up of having a baby with disorders. If you are going to take the risk but can not have sexual intercourse you could try transferring the sperm to your vagina by having him ejaculate on your vagina and push what you can of the sperm inside of you on your ovulation days and then lay there for around 30 minutes to give the sperm some time to swim up into your vagina and onward to your uterus and tubes.
