Hello , we are trying to conceive your 2nd child at the moment... and i have been tracking my cervix to find out ovulation etc.... i have a VERY irregular cycle , but my cervix has been very high , soft and closed for a month now...and a minute amount of spotting bout 6 weeks ago too. i've done pregnancy tests they have been negative (except for one positive i had a bout 6 weeks ago.... that turned out to be a faulty test! :-( ... has anyone else who is irregular had this happen ?? or is this normal?? .... just a general question... im going to go to the doctor this week anyways , but just wanted to know if anyone else has known of this happening to them..

yeah , i cant get on the pill ... every type i tried didnt agree with me.... i now have pigmentation problems from the last few i tried :S ... but thanks for the good luck :-)

The pill is not best thing, you are probably low on estrogen or progesterone and not ovulating, the pill keeps your body from doing this as well and can really mess with your hormones. I had problems and am on hormone replacement due to this, maybe get a blood test and correct your levels vs. pay the pharm companies to shut your body down, good luck, Liz

well since i last posted i did get my period and had it a little while longer then i usally do.but last monday i stopped taking the pill.we want to try for a baby. so i'm going to try to on the ovulation day like they say and see what happens and figured i am due for a period april 21st. and prob take a test by the 17th or 18th.

I too have irregular periods and I have gone months without having a period. Now since I had my tubes untied in March it seems even more out a whack. My hubby and I are trying to have a baby and it seems to be harder then we expected. I spotted twice since my last menses on 4-22-11 on 4-28-11 I spotted light pink then it stopped. Now on 5-25-11 I'm spotting light again, but only a little darker in color. The only thing that puzzles me is that my cervical position is very high soft and closed.
