I am 31 years old and i had my tubes clamped about 3 1/2 years ago.  I have always had pretty normal periods until recently.  Just recently I skipped my period for 2 1/2 months.  I had all of the symptoms of pregnancy that i have had with my prior children.  I had nausea, head-ache, severe tiredness, weakness, tender breasts and nipples, hot flashes, etc...  I had taken 2 stay at home pregnancy tests and they both came back negative so i went to the dr. to get a blood prego test does and that came back negative as well(This was done when i was less than a month late).  (I had to go to the clinic because I don't have insurance).  They also did a full screening to check for thyroid, and diebetes, enemia, etc....  Everything came back normal and she told me that there was nothing wrong with me and just sent me home.  So months later I still hadn't started my period and i was still feeling pretty sick.  Then after i was about 2 1/2 months late on my period i finally started.  It's been going on for three days now and it is extremley painfull.  I am going through a tampon in less than an hour.  I have blood clots and severe cramping.  I feel very weak and i light-headed.  The pain is so unbearable that i might throw up.  Does anyone know what may be wrong with me?  Like i said i dont have any insurance so no dr will look at me.  Is it possible I was pregnant with an eptopic pregnancy and the tests just didn't pick it up?  I've thought about just going to ER but i'm not sure if they'll even do anything for me.  It seems like so one will listen to me and they just all tell me that it's norma.  But I'm in my 30's and i know that this is not normal for me.  My mom seems to think i'm going through menopause but i'm pretty sure i'm too young for menopause at 31.
