Normally you will ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle.

You had sex with your ex on days 13, 14, and 15 of you cycle. 

On day 16 of your cycle you had sex with "my man."

It could be either of them.  Odds favor it being your ex but it all depends upon when you ovulate.

You will need a DNA test to confirm paternity.  There is no other way.  The due date won't tell you when you conceived - nobody, not even your doctor, can tell you that.  Your due date is based on your LMP and it matches - August 9.

Forget about the "due date." It's just an estimate. It won't tell you when you conceived.
