so in January I was going on vacation so I took two packs of alesse in a row. It didn't do anything for me as I still got my period the usual Wednesday after the first pack while taking the second pack. It was normal about 2 days I get it for. But a couple of days after I was spotting. After that pack I took a normal week break and resumed to a pack a month. I did not get my period the last week off the pill last month, and this month I am supposed to get my period today but I haven't yet. Could taking two packs have screwed up my cycle?

Well, normally that shouldn't have negative effects, but... If it has something to do with taking two packs in a row, it should get back in normal when you finish your next pack. If not, you should ask your gynecologist about it. Take care.
