I have two red patches under my foreskin I noticed them tonight as I was masterbating and it suddenly started hurting and when I look down I have one full red spot under my foreskin and half of one under it and the other half attached to the foreskin it also seems to have allowed my foreskin to slide back further than before. Is this normal? I can provide pics if required

How old are you? Can you retract your foreskin fully? What you are seeing is likely the result of your foreskin retracting - normal.
The tissues can appear red, due to trauma from masturbating - the skin gets damaged slightly - not seriously.
